Headquartered in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Quantum’s REO Brokerage services are predominately utilized throughout eastern Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties. However, for select clients, we have accepted assignments throughout the South Florida area.

The company is led by Donald Poyner a Principal in the firm who has more than 20 years of experience in the real estate industry. Don has held senior positions within EverBank and Bayview Financial and was a Senior Asset Manager for Ocwen Financial Corporation, managing multi-million dollar portfolios of delinquent loans and REO properties. His most recent position at Ocwen was Director of Business Development where he worked with a number of the top lenders in the country acquiring servicing contracts. Don is a licensed real estate sales person in the State of Florida.
